Shipping/Delivery Times

Please note- due to COVID-19 there may be delays beyond our control.

All orders will ship USPS. You the customer will be responsible for all shipping cost. For international residents, additional shipping fees may apply for your location. Please contact us prior to ordering so we can get you a custom shipping rate. In some instances, KHOB may ship using ups. Again, if this option is chosen customer is responsible for all shipping rates.

Generally, all online orders take 24-48 hours business days to process, and a minimum of 7 to 10 business days to ship.  All in house custom orders take 7-15 days to process before being shipped or ready for pick up. *Please note this is subject to change, depending on order volume. At which clients will be notified.  KHOB does not offer express shipping or rush orders. We take pride in making sure your unit is carefully created. In order to do that we give each client the same respect, when it comes to the construction process of their unit. So please understand in order to do this we eliminate the rush service. To make sure we provide you with the best service.
