Custom Units

KHOB Custom units are created with you in mind. Because we use your exact measurement, it is vital that you take your measurements very carefully. We recommend you take your measurements a few times to ensure they're accurate as KHOB will not be responsible for improper measurements.

Returns : Any custom orders cannot be returned or exchange. These units are made to your exact measurements, as mentioned above.

All custom orders require a 50% deposit before any work can be performed.- unless other arrangements have been made between KHOB and you the customer. If you choose to cancel your order after deposit has been made, please understand any and all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, KHOB will allow you to use your deposit as a store credit less the cancellation fee of $30.Store credit is good for 30 days from the date of cancellations and will automatically be applied toward your order. No exceptions!

BRING YOUR OWN BUNDLE

If you choose to use our Bring your own bundle service (BYOB) we openly extend this service to you. However, we (KHOB) will not be responsible for how the hair you provide will react to coloring or styling. We will however do our best to create your unit using this service.

Keep in mind maintaining your unit is your responsibility not ours. So please take care of your unit as you would do your own hair. KHOB does offer repair service of units. If interested please click the button below.

We also offer special orders which can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on unit specs and work load. Upon your order request details of unit will be discuss along with time frame.

Keep in mind 50% of total is required to start the unit.. which is not refundable. Balance will be due one unit is complete.
